Unless you are particularly persistent, you are very unlikely to be banned for pinging everyone or spamming reactions. However, this may be counted as a strike. Misuse of the Mods Group may also result in a strike. Off-topic posts will be a strike.

For little offences, strikes may be earned. If three strikes are accumulated, you may be kicked from any official groups for up to a week. 

Spamming nonsense or reactions in excess will result in an immediate kick from groups.

Advertising other services will result in a warning, strike, kick, or ban depending on the nature of the service.

Hate speech, cursing, racism, and anything else regarded as offensive by the general population will result in a ban.

Trying to get banned or violating the rules in extreme ways will result in a ban.

A ban is your account being deleted. Most data associated with the account will be lost. We may be willing to accept an appeal 3 or more months later. (Possibly never depending on the offence.)

Ban evading will, obviously, result in a ban.
